Bought the above and baked it - unfortunately I forgot about it and it burned a little - it was through the week so I was able to pick off the burnt bits and ate a bit of the rest. Must say it was really nice.

Anyway I had it in the fridge up to "use by date" but was wondering would anybody know if you can freeze it (not baked) - uncooked. Thanks

Why not ask the manufacturer?

Have done so Chris - thanks for that - you know it would be good to have this in your freezer if one has unexpected visitors.

Will let you know when they reply. It (cake) was very nice indeed - beautiful actually. Hope you are not nursing too big a hangover. j
I think it would be better to bake the cup cakes and then freeze them. I fear the raising agent in the mix could be killed off by freezing it "raw".

ok diddlydo - will await an answer from the Stork people. you're probably right tho. nah I wouldn't enjoy the frozen cupcakes - not the same as fresh.
I doubt that it would freeze successfully, but why would you want to?

Would like to have as an aside in the freezer so when I have visitors I can whip an oul cake out like Fanny Craddock. LOL
Once you've warmed the pouch , you have awakened the mix.

If I needed to freeze, I'd fill a tray of cupcake cases and freeze those.

Cover with film.
