Yes and no. Although I don't think it would be good to drink.

I have a small amount on a rocket salad every day.

It's so thick and delicious, i can't imagine it being perfectly healthy!
Well, I'm here now.

erm ... You could drop the bottle on your toes.

Benefits here, don't know about any cons.

As with everything - in moderation.
Are you using a balsamic glaze?
Balsamic glaze on a salmon fillet, yum.
I think that article is going overboard on the benefits of balsamic.
Question Author
Danny... I like it on fish also!

Urmmm, No, it's just balsamic vinegar. Not glaze!
It's not thick. That's why I asked.
Question Author
You're right, but it looks thick due to the colour.
ummmm, the better quality it is the thicker it gets.
Still not what I would call thick though.
Question Author
It does get quite syrupy because it is so rich!

This is why i wondered if it was bad for you... As it seems very concentrated (again not glaze) a little is actually a lot!
How much are you paying for it?

The glaze is nice btw.
Question Author
Depends where you go £3.59 from some places.. £3 from others!
I like my salmon fillets marinated in soy and balsamic +evoo.

Awesome! Cheers Danny... those were the sort of effects i were looking for. The containment of lead is very interesting.
