The cooking was absolutely stunning...and all three are so scarily young! I was rooting for Louisa...but yes, she was a wee bit inconsistent in a few challenges. It would be nice to see a talented woman win for a change.

Craig's the man - melv bear in mind that such a 'French' or 2 star Michelin meal includes four to five courses (w-out cheese), canapés, little teaser courses and petits fours.....

There has been some wonderful 'cookery' this series.

Was very pleased that Craig won, Mr Alba is convinced that a lot of the chefs who have been in this series will either have been or will be head-hunted.
If not, why not?
Some incredible talent has been displayed.

i haven't seen much of the series but i did pick craig, his food was out of this world, all three were exceptional though.
