Is what we're having in about an hour, it's frozen leftovers, if you've never had it it's really worth doing, very, very tasty. It's a hearty beef casserole type thing which involves cider vinegar and brown sugar, and a topping of sliced baguette spread with whole grain mustard. We're having sprouts, tender stem broccoli, and some veggie chips I unearthed in the freezer.
Just popped the cork (ok, unscrewed the top) of a bottle of red from an m&s meal deal too.
Hope you have a scrumptious meal tonight and enjoy it as much as I know we'll enjoy ours.

Boeuf carbonnade....one of my favourites...I usually add a little brandy at the start.....enjoy!
Sorry....beer goes in this dish, and brandy in beef stroganoff!

Yep, Belgian beer. I reckon brandy would do the trick too though ;)
What are you having ginge?
Tempura prawns, shami kebabs and minted lamb shish kebabs here, with a dipping sauce.

The best food is going to happen tomorrow when my in-laws come round.

(Your version sounds lovely though!)
and girl scout cookies?
I stole that from the Addams Family film
Strangely....stroganoff (with the brandy!) and potato/celeriac mash and steamed green beans....then tiramisu.
Well I'd heard of lemonade, but carbonade; sounds like a fizzy drink that tastes of pencils !
....that's why there's a double "n" in the middle!
