Whichever. Can I make it in my bread machine? Can't use ready made as it has milk, and daughter is lactose intolerant - but loves curry with naan bread.

Yes you can make the dough in the bread machine and kneed it in there and prove it then shape after the first proving before letting prove again.
Tesco's Free From Naan Bread is dairy free if you don't want to make it

Although the method does not mention using a bread machine -
this recipe omits milk as you say your daughter is lactose intolerant and includes water instead.

Local Tesco does not do Lactose free naan bread (not sure they do anywhere - when I looked they said it was discontinued).
