Mini Chicken Frankfurters

I've bought a load of these and can't think what to make with them! My first instinct is to wonder why on earth you'd buy 'a load' of these but have no plan for them?!?!?!

Being more helpful why not cook them off in a griddle pan and have them in lettuce leaves with American mustard, sauerkraut, fried onions etc in a lettuce leave in lieu of a bun?

...aren't frankfurters meant to be beef or beef and pork? What's the chicken doing in there?

Haaaa! Well when you've only been able to eat meat, fish and some veg for 7 weeks you start to go a bit mad whilst shopping, and end up buying ANYTHING that will taste different... is the reason why I bought them.

I slice mine up and heat them in a bowl of a very famous brand of tinned tomato soup.
