What To Have With Cauliflower Cheese?

I went to a lovely farm shop at the weekend and found a humongous cauliflower that I couldn't say no to!

Tonight's dinner is therefore, cauliflower cheese (which I'll make from scratch)... but what I have with it?

Mr F loves sausages with his home made cauliflower cheese.
(I often put some broccoli in with the cauli too, and ALWAYS a teaspoon of yellow mustard for a nice bite in the cheese sauce).

Ferlew yes, absolutely, a little dollop of mustard in the sauce makes ALL the difference!
