I can't find my instructions and can't remember how long it takes to cook on slow/auto/high. thanks lynsey

made soup today in mine ...
i usually allow 10 hours LOW , or 8 hours AUTO 6 hours on HIGH . i also nuke my pulses for 10 mins first just to start them off . ( nuke in ample liquid )
just bung it all in at 9am on auto , tuck in at 5pm .ENJOY
