Pulled Beef/pork

Have bought pulled beef and pork in the past and we like them but am curious to know what other people do with them. I put them in rolls but I am sure there are many other ways to eat them. Suggestions please.

I've heard of people making pizzas with it along with maple-soaked leeks....and then there's slow cooker Balsamic pulled pork with polenta......

pulled pork tagliatelle in a white wine cream sauce..... and then there's pulled pork in macaroni cheese (add some chipotle pepper to this one!).

Here in the U.S., especially the Southern States, pulled pork (not so much beef) is used exclusively in sandwiches. The pulled pork is piled high on a bun (we call the hamburger buns), topped with one's choice of vinegar based barbecue sauce (the hotter the better, please) and typically topped with cole slaw before placing the top bun in place... served with a side of dark red barbecued beans and, of course, several bread and butter pickle slices...

When I make it, my sons just tear at it! It doesn't get a chance to get into rolls!!!!

A good recipe for doing your own is this rub of: tablespoon of each thyme and oregano, 2 heaped tablespoons of brown sugar and salt n pepper.
Rub into pork joint, leave to marinate and cook on a slow gas for as long as you can.

I rub mine with cumin,smoked paprika,ground coriander,anything with chilli in it,oregano,olive oil...overnight if possible. Long,slow oven or slow cooker. I made it at work last week and accidentally put cinnamon in...that was interesting. Served with a spicey bean salad,and a mixed salad. You could use the pork in jacket potatoes or in an omelette.
