Hi there
Today I had an abdominal ultrasound unlike the last time the sonographer couldnt find my gallbladder as my colon was round it?? Never heard of that. My mother says that all my fat is pushing my organs up, how tactful !! I had to fast for it. I overdid it I think I had coffee 2 slices bread and jam and 2 weetabix at mums this morning. Then I stupidly went into town and had coffee and a cake and then went home and had mushroom soup and a cheese roll and a packet of crisps and then spent 2 hours on the phone shouting at energy companies then had my tea a tin of beans and sausages on toast. Anyway the pain started at 830pm over my right side and going straight into the centre of my back like a vice it comes and goes there for 10 minutes away for 30 and back for 10. I took cocodamol 1 followed by 4 tsps of gaviscon helped a bit. I was convinced it was a heart attack so i went for a walk 2 miles up hill and had no pain so kind of convinced its not. Im starting weight watchers on wednesday found a class nothing is worth this pain ive got to the point where I am willing to eat healthy in order to be healthy and pain free. Im going to do it.This is the end of eating crap.
