Don't think I would as kidney is quite a strong flavour isn't it, and might over power the pork. Nothing stopping you putting kidney in though, if you want to.
That's a new one, pork and kidneys!!!
Is it caraway seeds goes well with pork?

The reason I asked was I saw a bloke on The One Show add some to a lamb hotpot, so thought I might try with some pork kidneys.
Pork kidneys like pork liver are very strong in flavour - when using kidney I always choose lamb's - milder but still flavoursome.
Fennel seeds go well with pork...lovely in meatballs and stews.
Pork and kidney is nothing new - I get pork chops from our butcher with the kidney still attached and they are delicious. Pork kidney isn't as strong a flavour as beef (oz) kidney

Really? I thought the EU abolished them over 20 years ago.

trt wants to add kidneys to a pork casserole, nothing anywhere about pork chops with kidney attached.

why not a little substitution....?
Pork kidneys used to be part of a pork chop - I miss them - so no reason why they should not be put in a casserole. Can I say that chopped, dried apricots go brilliantly with pork.
I'm referring to trt's original question.
por kidneys have never been banned
They could be a bit strong in a slow cooker. Why not fry them up with some onions and stir in at the end?
a little marsala would work well to, as to venator's suggestion, failing that a half and half sherry and white wine mix, complete the sautéeing and then add a good dollop of the vino, reduce, a little butter in the mix, season and add to the casserole.
