Savoury Vegetable Crumble

I've unearthed the crumble part from the freezer, must have been in there months but I'm sure it's still good to use, it's a butter crumble with added nuts, oats, paprika, herbs, etc in it and I remember it being very tasty.
I can't however remember how I did the vegetables underneath. I've looked on line and there are various recipes, none of which truly appeal. I have a good selection of vegetables and wondered if anyone has their own version which they'd care to share.

Thanks chris, that's the one that appealed the most when I was trawling the Internet. Will probably use it as a basis and tweak it to suit.
