I am not sure that mayo should be frozen because of the egg content.Several days in the fridge would be OK I guess.
I have frozen this mix in the past. No problem gave it a good mix once defrosted and it tasted fine.
If you freeze foods with mayo in them, the texture is likely to change and there will be separation. It will still be safe to eat. I personally wouldn't bother. It will keep up to three days in the fridge.

A number of supermarkets sell this as a sandwich filler, the maximum best before date that I have seen is around 10 days from purchase.
The supermarket pre-mix may well have been sealed with an inert atmosphere and could have some extra preservative added.
i haven't tried freezing it. I would keep it in the fridge for three days maximum
