popped in to Asda for some cooking oil.
There was a demo going on, of course I had to sample it, really tasty.
It was soft goats cheese, on half a slice of melba toast, topped with chopped strawberries that had sat in a balsamic glaze for a few moments.
Bought the ingredients (all own brand) made some for a snackette, adding some chopped fresh mint into the strawberry/balsamic mix, it went doen very well with MrF and myself.

Many years ago, my (German) DIL cooked a goats cheese in the microwave. It stank the whole house out, (Think smelly socks) that put me off ever trying it. It's now on my shopping list for the future.
Sounds lovely I love to try different things will keep that in mind, love all cheeses!
Blue goats cheese is really good. Sainsburys do a good one called beacon blue. Very tasty
