Bought a couple of these today. Any suggestions on how to cook, I'm thinking of wrapping in foil with butter. Any other ideas would be helpful Thanksxx

I`ve done this with halibut but the recipe calls for turbot as well. I would probably serve it with baby new potatoes and maybe some buttered mange tout for a bit of crunch (I use half fat cheese to reduce the fat levels a bit) http://www.cookitsimply.com/recipe-0010-04f20.html

Probably a bit late for you now, but I bake in a pint of water for 25 ish mins and pour butter and herb sauce over.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'm only cooking it tonight so will give 237SJ's recipe a go.
I hope you enjoy it. Meg. Turbot is one of my favourite fish. I have never cooked it myself but always have it, if it's on the restaurant menu.
