Hi Abers.
I want to experiment with a stir fry never been tried before. Here goes.

I have 10 rashers of bacon, some mushrooms, onions, dry stick spaghetti, herbs.

Any ideas for making this a tasty meal for tonight.

Herbs are dried alba.
I also have celery, tomatoes etc. Thanks for your reply. Sounds good .
I would add the dried herbs quite a few minutes before serving, to allow them to do their thing.

Love the thought of celery with it, a nice crunch.

Don't forget the seasoning too :-D
Stir fry to my mind is an Asian style of cooking, is that the type of meal you're wanting to recreate?
Sliced radishes in a stir-fry have a taste and texture similar to water-chestnuts.

Apologise for not replying sooner.

Well, that stir fry was delicious, was different as hubby says but went down well.
That celery and the 6 small chopped tomotoes added flavour.
i also chucked in some tiny frozen petit peas. Will add a tiny pinch of chilly next time maybe. Will try that again soon.
But what I'd love to cook is a chinese, that would be grand. Thanks Abers x
There's loads of Chinese dishes to choose from!
