noel = christmas
blonde and impartial = fair
so it sounds a good answer
The double definition might need the plural answer Christmas Fairs, but otherwise I think you're spot on.
I hink Mally has it , scupulously impartial would indicate the singular fair
Scrupulously even.(Yet another typo)
white christmas?

thanks for those everyone,it's just that if the answer is 'Christmas fair' why does the speech bubble not just say 'I'm blonde' and stop at that but then to continue with a light complexion and scrupulously impartial to boot suggests there is more to it, best,hops
blonde ,light complexion ,impartial are all fair
Light complexion and scrupulously impartial both indicate fair
