There is no medical or scientific evidence to such any diet is beneficial during an acute episode of diarrhea.

As long as you replace the fluid loss then eat what you want, how much you feel like eating and when you want.
I eat water biscuits or dry crackers with plenty of water to avoid dehydration.
Rice is good also.
"Flat" 7UP, the bubbles removed with a pinch of salt or popping in the microwave for few seconds....
balliali...I wouldn't call 7-Up a food.....

Trigger.....i don't understand your comment.....I have given my advice.
All Bran , yes seriously it has loads of fibre which will 'bind you up' you still 'go' but it is more solid and less often. It works for me.
Well, I wouldn't eat much Allbran, that's for sure !
I try to starve virtually for 24 hours and just eat dry toast and drink plenty.
