Hi, I hope I am not being stupid but I have bought a bag of Fishermans Pride cooked and peeled prawns that says on the pack Thaw And Serve. There is no mention of warming instructions for a curry, will there be a problem if I put them in the curry?
Thanks
Steve

Since they are cooked already, put them in towards the end or they will end up like bullets.
It's fine. Like Vodka says, put them in at the end. You only want to heat them.
If you ever do get to the bullet stage by accident, then continued slow cooking will tenderise them again and the texture will be like the dried ones.
Not only bullets, but very small bullets. They tend to shrink with cooking, so put them in at the last second just to heat them through.
