What exactly is reconstituted fruit juice?

fruit juice that has had something (usually the water content) removed from it usually for transport of storage purposes. When the missing ingredient is replaced, it is then known as reconstituted. Note that it may or may not also have other things added to it to enhance flavour, colour or shelf life.
