Please can anyone help with a measurement conversion for baking. I want to substitute sunflower oil for 100g margarine. The charts I have come across online only seem to give measurements in US cups which I am not too familiar with.

It is just as easy to weigh out 100g of oil as it is to weigh 100 grms of marg.
Just put a container , a cup for example, on the scales ansd add the 100 g of oil then use it in the recipe. If you have electronic scales you can even 'tare' the weight of the cup , set it back to zero, and just add until the scale reads 100g.
