This salad dish is a bit complicated, I only tried it the once during a trip to London and I loved it but It's too techie for me to make.

For an easier life most supermarkets sell caesar salad 'kits' in the salad section.
If they sell Caesar salad dressing in your local supermarket, that's half the battle.  :)  Then all you have to do is tear up Romain lettuce, and add some croutons.  Then I mix the dressing with some Worcestershire sauce (a splash or two) and Anchovy paste.  Pour over the lettuce and top it off with grated Paremsan cheese.
I know its cheating but, the new range from Hellmann's of Warm chicken Caesar Salad is really nice! They are sold in those two part jars- you cook the chicken in one bit and throw the dressing over the salad later- V.nice & try the Italian one as well! Enjoy
There's a Caesar Cardini brand of caesar salad dressing, wth a picture of the man on the label. Its stocked by Waitrose and (I think) Sainsburys)
