A small garlic & coriander naan might go nicely :)
Hi Fluff, we have this with rice....sometimes vegtable rice ....sometimes plain. Always compliments the chicken .
Says "you're looking very nice today chicken" then Flump?
we have this regularly and we will be having tonight actually - a firm favourite in my house! I make the BBq sauce from scratch as well. Last week i stirfried veg and mixed it with pasta and served the chicken on top. Tonight we will be having roast potatoes + parsnips, curly kale and carrots. All of our meals are slimming world friendly therefore maybe not what you may choose to have.
Mini jackets and salad.
yep it does indeed maggie, often goes as far as to say " tasty bird " x
Mmmmmmmm
we often have jacket potato and cauliflower/brocoli cheese with it too.
Sorry Flump1, just couldn't resist it! Had a look at the recipe and it looks yummy. Like mccfluff I don't like bbq sauce but your idea of rice sounds great.

didn;t th ink if garlic bread, i thought about the naan but i had that on sat. but garlic bread and a salad could work
What about some cous cous.
Question Author
nah not feeling the cous cous vibe. really feeling the garlic bread one tho, with extra cheese....
Question Author
garlic bread and salad in the end

was ok the sauce was a little sweet for me, i think if i do it again i'll make my own bbq sauce
garlic bread and coleslaw for me too but you can do a version with a tomato and onion puree instead of the barbecue sauce

If you want veg a stir fry of broccolli florets, baby fine beans and mange tout would be nice done in a fairly neutral oil with simple seasoning
Next time stick it all in a big seedy bap.
