Hey all,

Hope you are having a good weekend.

I have a recipe that says to use liquid sweetener, but do you think I could find any in morrisons?! Any idea what I could use instead? Or if it would be ok not to use it?

My fiancé is on the Dukan diet and he is doing really well, but fancied making him something from the recipe book that is abit different to the usual boring stuff he has been eating the last few weeks. Going to make lemon mousse and some cookies and the sweetener is needed for the cookies :-(

You could try mixing dry splenda to a little water....no idea what quantity to use though.
As anngel says, you'd have to make up the difference in the amount of liquid used in the recipe if you used a dry sweetener. But a search on eBay for 'hermesetas liquid' could be your answer.
