Thanks both, was thinking a square of Filo, a layer of brie, some mushrooms cooked in a cream/herb sauce, topped with Rocket, gather up corners into a bundle, egg wash, bake in a hot oven 15-20 mins. What do you think ? I hate cooking vegetarian !!
