It's good

but not as good as Keen's
http://www.keenscheddar.co.uk/
(Keen's is made with unpasteurised milk, which is necessary to get the best possible cheese).

I like colliers cheese, its nice and rich
have tried it!........is very nice cheese!.......worth trying it!.........
If you want to look out for a lovely Welsh cheese, see if you can find Y Fenni. It's a semi-firm, cheddar-based, cheese with ale and mustard. Lovely!

Yes Y Fenni is really good!.........
I've googled to see if we can get it in Scotland, nothing happens. It sounds absolutely tasty.
You can buy Y Fenni on line - http://www.thecheesep...fenni_200g_P3316.html
Absolutely yummy, but I am not allowed cheese anymore. I would love a chunk of it right now
All in favour of Collier's. It's well up in the 'it bites back' league. Incidentally, Tesco have an offer on Pilgrim's Choice Vintage Mature Cheddar at present, another I like.
Good Cheese and I recommend it !
If it's on sale at the cheese counter why not ask them for a piece to try it?
A really tasty, strong cheddar. Expensive - but you're worth it..!
