I just wanted to recommend one of W/W meals I have had tonight.
It's the Chicken.tomato & spinach lasagne and whole 400g pck is only 26.4 g of carbs well worth a try.
It says best cooked in oven but I used microwave 7 mins n really tasty and filling.

i have never put chicken in a lasagne but I tried this one a couple of weeks ago and loved it. Have bought it again this week.
I used to eat more of those type of meals, but went off them. They keep the calories down by not being that large.

And frozen meals in general don't seem to try to supply much of your, "five a day". I doubt there was lots of spinach in the one you had.

Glad you enjoyed it maggie just bought it for ease and definitely regular on my menu now.
Another new one asda extra special range, slow cooked beef with garlic roasted mushrooms in a tarragon sauce well tasty 14.0g for pck , says serves 2 n probably would with additional potato or rice but I enjoyed it on it's own.

Was just a quick for ease meal Old_Geezer and enough of all ingredients on for me.
I've got one of these in the fridge, I shall look forward to trying it. It was on offer in Morrisons for £1.25
We would have a meal like that but add our own vegetables - it sounds really nice.

Happy eating all x
Thanks, I'll have some salad with it, I'll keep an eye out for any more recommendations :)
Be careful with those meals-they often supply way more salt and other ingredients than needed. You can often make a healthier version yourself.
There was a TV investigation into WW products the other week...they are all about getting money out of their members and those who buy their 'diet' products'.
