Has any one got an anthony worrel thompson sausage maker? I have tried mincing the meat through the machine, but it keeps getting clogged with sinewy sort of stuff and won't come out of the grid, the blade gets coated in the white sinew and will not cut at all. next problem is the size of the sausage filler tube. I have now bought the larger size artificial skins, and even they are not really large enough to go over the nozzle, first attempt they split up the side, second attempt, you can just get enough on to make 6 sausages, not exactly a conveyor belt output. any ideas?
