Restaurant Advert From The '90S - Brewster's / Toby Carvery / Harvester?

There was a terrible advert that ran for a while showing people enjoying food in the 'restaurant', and it would suddenly stop with a musical sting and focus on a smiling chef or a cartoon image of a dog coming to life and putting a thumb up.

It ended with two girls looking in awe as an ice cream sundae came past the table.

Does anyone remember this, or who the restaurant was? I suspect that whichever chain it was, it is now long dead...
