i have strong suspicions that my wife is cheating and doing it in our apartment while i'm away on business. i came home early one night, knew she was home, and she had everything locked up. the spare key left under the mat that i use was gone. i went around to the patio and the lights were on and the curtains were drawn. there was definite activity but could not see who. do you know of any camera or possible device that can take a picture while being able to see through a curtain. i think this may be my only way of getting proof.

you are kidding right?
Why didn't you just knock on the door? or better still, TALK to her!
I think it would be best to talk to her, see what she has to say.

however, if you are wanting to go the bugging secretly recording you can find things on-line. you could also trace her mobi, or have a little look at it. Not a good idea though! Could back fire on you big time!
The key here is 'communication'... going down the route of sneakiness, spying and subterfuge will only eat you up inside and will just compound the problem...

At the moment you have no hard evidence of anything, other than your own insecurities...

Talk to her... tell her your concerns...
Don't bother to discuss it as she will deny it.

First rule of infidelity.......DENY, DENY, DENY.

Best option...Private Investigator.....expensive but conclusive.
''First rule of infidelity.......DENY, DENY, DENY.''

lol... spoken by one with experience...
So-using sqads DENY DENY DENY premise.....if she denies because she has done nothing-and has a valid reason for her actions......she must STILL be guilty.
But withh paleisnewtans hurried assumption that she is up to no good...she will have little hope of convincing him otherwise.
It can't be a very good or honest relationship if she is guilty until proven otherwise. I suppose some bizarre medievil torture will determine her innocence.........dunking,anyone???
what do you mean by definate activity if you could not see through the curtains. How did you get in? Why do you use a 'spare key'? Did you not knock on her door, ring on her bell, tap on her window pain?
pasta

I suppose some bizarre medievil torture will determine her innocence.........dunking,anyone??? ...not much help there then and slightly dramatic.

My point once more....she will deny it even if she is guilty or innocent, hence talking will achieve little....in my opinion.

Hiring a Private Investigator will be decisive one way or the other.
Quietly get another key cut and walk straight in on them.

BTW You might as well not lock the door at all if you are leaving a key under the mat.

What was her explanation for the missing key and the activity whilst she was inside and you were out?

She must have said something? Tell you're away and book leave and catch her yourself.
How did they get out without you knowing?

(oooo, just thought, check the wardrobe, he could still be in there!)
paleis..........been thinking.......a cheating wife?.......Gosh that must be a rarity..!!!!!!!
Sqad ".........been thinking......."

Gosh, that must be a rarity ;-)
BOO.....yepp, particularly on a Sunday.

Newcastle won I gather.
Newcastle? Football? Dunno, I don't watch football, any reason why I should?

And I'm not from Newcastle either :P
BOO...always thought you were from the North East.......where do you reside?
Lancs.
Right, I lived and worked many years in Lancs. Alder Hey, Rodney St in Liverpool and Whiston Hospital.
