To all of you who knew about the dreadful accident my 16 month old niece had, a couple of months back - she's out of hospital now, and should be fine. Just wanted to announce the fact, as it was touch and go at the time, and we're obviously all delighted that she's back home.

Cheers Skyep - my niece almost died, so it IS excellent news that she's home again now - and hi Hussy, good to see you back. I've just come back off holiday, & didn't know you'd been suspended. Lol - me and Kyra, too (more than once!), but we're trying to "behave" ourselves now. Thanks for both of your comments anyway. It was really nice on AB last night. I could've had a rant, but refrained from doing so, and spoke to some really decent people. Hopeto catch you on later - xx.
Oh just read your post again ice when i first saw it (was very early in morning) i thought it said 16 yrs, O bless, so glad shes a lot better and there was me rabbiting on like a loon! sorry all the best to you and your family xxxxx
I didn't see your original post Ice-Maiden so I don't know what happened, but it's so good to hear when a little one recovers from something that was obviously so bad. You can all give her lots more love now that she's safely back with you.

Thank you one and all. My niece swallowed some dishwasher cleaning fluid which not only burnt her throat, but caused an ulcerated hole in her lower stomach. It was thought she'd need constructive surgery to repair this - if she survived, but luckily for all concerned, she's now back at home and improving all the time.
oh ice i feel so bad
poor little thing ...glad she is home and doing well...all the best to her and the family
