My mom takes care of an autistic man every weekend. He lives with his parents, and they have a lot of dogs. So I didn't really see it but when he was walking through the yard, the dogs came up to him and were barking at him, so my mom says he was kicking them. Like I said I didn't see him doing that. I just briefly saw hum facing the dogs and walking away. His mom saw it on their camera and asked him if the dogs were biting him, he said yes and my mom said he was  kicking at them. His mom just went back inside. I asked him if they really bit him and they he said no. I got their adress and i think I'm going to report them. I feel like it would be th3 right thing. Before anyone says anything. This is a true story.

You've only heard reports of violence towards the animals.  I'd let sleeping dogs lie.

You ask the same type of question every time.  You seem obsessed with reporting people for things that may be technically wrong, but not criminal and in no way is this abuse.

You haven't said that the dog was hurt or that it was cowering in fear.  It doesn't sound like the family are bad people or the dog is being abused.

You have no obligation to report people because they do things you disapprove of.  Don't be so judgmental.

Hitting dogs, children, cats or other people is wrong - but not every instance is a criminal act.  People are not perfect and do not always react correctly when they are annoyed or frustrated.

Do you ever report people?  What do you expect will happen?  You may end up making the situation worse.

Unless someone is being attacked in such a way that they are being seriously injured, just ignore it and get on with your day.

No you shouldn't report any of the perceived atrocities you encounter Cindy.

What you should do is pull your head in and stop being a sanctimonious ***.

Just stop wanting to report everything and everyone.

Have you reported this reporting problem to a therapist?

You should report everything that you have any doubts about reporting. Eventually you will have enough outcomes & feedback to decide for yourself if reporting is worthwhile. 🤣

Should I report you for being a dick?

Good grief.
