Census 2021

Dear all
Does anybody know if you haveto fill in a census form for someone who is currently living in a care home and has has not yet vacated their council house ? DOES THE CARE HOME HAVETO REPORT ALL RESIDENTS?

All you have to do is to show the occupant/s of your house as on Sunday 31st March.

As danny says, which is why you are asked not to fill it in BEFORE Sunday because you can't be sure who will be in your house that night.

I would have thought all staff and residents at thathe address on Census day will have to fill in their own forms if they can. If anyone can't then no doubt there is someone who will assist. I suppose the staff will want to ensure all residents have their passwords so they can do it on the computer.
