But the things that once worked not working as much . You have no one to talk to about it because they have there own stress and you don’t wanna put on to them as would and isn’t fair and also a little you feel they may not understand. Thearpy before did help but am not sure if to go back because last time was little complaints of my thearpy getting in way of things I had to do to look for work do I just keep searching and deal with on my own or what to do

Go and see your GP.
Write things down. I find that pretty therapeutic. Although the GP is a definite too.
How about childcare? Caring for others children for a fee. The job centre could advise.

Go and have achat to your doctor. You could try the Samaritans, they aren't just there for the suicidal.
Well, I just go to spa and treat myself with the best ever massage. The whole blissful environment makes you forget the stress and your routine life.
