I’ve been with my partner for 15 years and we’ve always had fairly regular sex, about 4 /5 times a month. However, the last few months he won’t make any attempt to instigate sex nor will he reciprocate my advances. He would prefer to masturbate (without my knowledge) even though I have found evidence! He claims he still loves me, he’s also very secretive with his mobile phone. Your thoughts/opinions would be appreciated. Thank you

Don't ask us, ask him!
As Woofgang says, you need to bring the topic up and have a calm clear discussion.
"He's also very secretive with his mobile phone."

Well that's cinched it for me. If he's secretly ... ahem ... "taking matters into his own hands" and is no longer interested in engaging with you, then he hasn't suddenly lost interest in sex, just having sex with you. Coupled with the sudden strange behaviour with his phone, I'd say he was having an affair.

I've been there. Your description is fairly textbook, though my ex was still interested in maintaining a physical relationship with me throughout most of the cheating period, so as not to arouse too much suspicion and he was never one to look a gifthorse in the mouth...
ditto NOM !
Perhaps he's having issues maintaining in a sexual liaison, but by himself and with instant feedback etc. he can reach goal. Just go and talk to him. No one here is going to know.
Maybe he's having an affair with "Babestation" - I believe that this requires a telephone...
