Well she is here, she has straightened my pictures and had a nosey. I have oohed and ahhed with all due respect at the goodies ( does she not realise we have delicious biscuits here ?). She didn't bring any sandals or swimming costume, we had planned to take the GC on a few picnics to the beach, it's beautiful this month, before the tourists descend, now what are we going to do ? She is NOT borrowing one of mine. She says she thought it was cold , hasn't she heard of Google ? Okay, rant over for today.

Leave her behind while everyone else goes to the beach.

You might come back and find she's rearranged your furniture to her taste, though.

salt in the sugar bowl ?
If you dislike her so much and she causes you so much upset why do you let her visit? Makes no sense to me.
I expect I will be shot down in flames for saying it but I think it is a little unfair that you are slagging her off on the internet and inviting nasty comments without her knowing anything about it. I think it's a bit spiteful TBH

MallyJ, Mr.Sam adores her. She is 8 years older than him, so you know, family respect culture. I only have to put up with it for a fortnight once or twice a year so, hey ho. But let me an on here............please :)
LOL...Sam you will learn as time goes on.
We NEVER have family staying with us, for our sake and theirs, they being on holiday and you are not.......it doesn't mix.
We always get them to book their own villa or a hotel.
We all need a rant, 237. My in-laws retired to Malta but would come and stay with us for 6 weeks in the summer.

I can still hear her, “Chrissa, why don’t you.........?”
Rant to a best friend then, and do it in private
No, no, no. Much better on here, no chance of her being told.
If himself loves his sister so much surely he could entertain her while you nip off to enjoy a break in somewhere you love. I really don't understand why you would put up with her ... We don't stay with relatives and don't have them to stay with us ..that is what hotels etc are for. On occasion we let people stay at our holiday place BUT only when we aren't there! BTW my sister in law dislikes me and has done for some 40 years!!
