On the 18th of June I ordered a copy of my sons birth certificate,it still hasn't arrived, I contacted the site who want details of the order,they are asking for - COL number,account number and order number.I'm a bit confused as all I have on the confirmation details is; World Pay transaction ID and Merchants Cart ID.Can someone enlighten me please?

The information they need is most likely to be on the email order confirmation rather than on the payment confirmation. Did you receive two emails?

Hi Maydup,I emailed GRO with the query,and they gave me the correct info.They say it can take up to 4 weeks!It's never been as long as that when I've sent for my ancestors certs.Thanks for your advice though.
