Hello, not sure if this is the right section to put this in....but at the moment I have very bad toothache, so much so that I'm rarely sleeping and having to take the strongest over the counter painkillers every couple of hours.

My problem is that I'm not registered with a dentist, and nobody seems to be taking on NHS patients. I've been looking around for a few days and can't find anywhere.

Does anyone have any suggestions as what i can do?? I can't afford to go private, I can barely afford to pay the small fees that NHS charge. I also find it annoying that because I'm employed full time that I'm not entitled to get any discount on dental work, at the end of the day I still have no money to spend on this :( help please!
