Have discovered that Julia Bradbury has named her new son - wait for it!! Zephyr. Poor little scrap. Why didn't she call him Capri or Sierra, or Morris Minor? Rolls Royce. Austin 7. Mini. The possibilities are endless. How on earth is this poor child going to go through life with a name like that? Mind you, a friend of my sons' has called his child Zebedee. I think that Registrars should refuse to allow such awful names.

Zebedee is a name found in the Bible....
And Zephyr was the name of a 'wind' long before it became the name of a car....
Has there been a Zebedee Dingle yet I wonder?
Zephyr, also being a name for the wind - doubly cruel.

I have some friends whose surname is Lawrence, and they named their little girl Florence. How stupid is that?! Does some idiocy hormone kick in when it comes to baby naming time, I wonder?
I know a Brian O'Brien.

My Grandads name is Chestnut!!
I have a half brother called Jason, our surname is Mason

He's got quite a few options to be teased over

b. Applied to certain light yarns and fabrics (see quots.); also = made of zephyr (sense 3 b).
I actually don't mind Zephyr, could be an awful lot worse.
He was born last August Lindylou, there was a lot of wind about it then too!
My massively grandpa was Absolom... kidna cool.. 'Oi Absolom Evanson.. detetion for three weeks... aww.. bet he was a bit of a hunk!
I heard of a baby called Ocean today. Could be ok in certain circles, but the family are quite rough. It just doesn't have the same ring to it said in a gruff west of Scotland accent - 'Ocean, yer tea's oot!!!!' :)
My other Grandad is Bartholomew.

Can't remember who's child it is, remember theyre both hollywood bigshots called there child autopilot inspector, now thats mean.
Pilot Inspektor son of Jason Lee.
probably conceived on the back seat of an old Zephyr...ie the result of a bang in a banger
Frank Zapper had a son and a daughter called Dwezel and Moon Unit, respectively.
My boss claimed to know a Robin Banks, (who was a cop)
Btter than naming him Gentle Breeze I guess.
I think Cadbury Bradbury is quite catchy. Perhaps she could get the chocolate manufacturer to sponsor his education
