Hi RedHelen, my partner earns in excess of the 40k. Would she still be allow CB when she goes on Maternity leave and being paid minimum MP?

What do you mean calculate the amount - I have told you what you get for each child!

ok, thanks Red.

I have checked the site give, and there's nothing on there that states an income threshold.
I thought the new measure for high earners was not due until 2013.
I was going to ring my SIL , she's a SCO (I think that's her current rank) here in Washington Child Benefit Centre, but remembered she's on leave at the moment

i recently applied for child benefit. They didn't ask any details of income, so i presume that the high earner thing hasn't been introduced yet
