Key Stage 2 SATs level thresholds

I am a year 6 teachr and want to do past papers with my class to help them to prepare for the SAT tests. I've got the mark schemes but need to know how to turn the marks into levels. Has anyone got this information for reading and numeracy?

Surely this information is more readily available to teachers than asking on a website such as this ( excellent as it is)
