i have been advised to seek a residency order for my grandaughter by Social Services. My daughter and her partner seperated and they have a baby daughter. The babies father took her for the weekend and wont bring her back. The baby has spent most of her life with my husband and i at our home where she is happy. The child has been with us 90% of the time, even when her parents were together, they were both very young and found it difficult to cope. The child would be much happier with us, she needs stability in her life which she does not get at the moment. We can offer her stability, safety, comfort and happiness, but most of all love and security, something every child deserves. My grandaughter has none of this at the moment. What are our rights
