I have really bad stomach pains and i havent started my period. i have been having them for a few weeks. My nipples are really sore and tender but not my whole breasts. i was wondering if these could be signs of pregnancy?

Yup! How late is you period and have you a reason to think you may be pregnant? ie been having unprotected sex?

not really late maybe a few days and thats it. and yea me and my partner usually always have unprotected sex.

go and get a test done and unless you are trying for a baby stop having unprotected sex.
