My partner and myself currently have his child every other week as her mother works and we feel it is important for the child to have a steady carer in this time, the arrangement between both parents is fine, however we currently live in a studio flat and the space is hardly suitable, the home move scheme which we are on has explained that in order for us to get suitable accommerdation we will need a resedency order, will the court provide this for these reasons as i understand a resedency order is provided to parents in conflict and this is not the case any info you can offer would be great.
