Vtech inno tab or Leapfrog leappad?

I really don't know which one to get. My son is 3 and a half, so is a bit young, but need something we can do together on a long haul flight. I know it would keep his attention for longer when trying to encourage him educationally. Does anyone have either? What are you thoughts? I was swaying towards the leappad and it has camera etc, but he like his music which inno has and it takes less batteries and games are cheaper.

Which one? :-)
