If you have a large amount you may find some music shops that deal in second-hand stuff.
Get a stall at a car boot sale and sell them that way.
I used Music Magpie and found the whole transaction very easy and quick. Just needed to input the code of the CD on line and the price they offered came up immediately, and was often more than the price you stated. When all was done you could print off a postage label, or they would send one by post, so postage was free and once they received and checked the CD's they sent a cheque for payment.
