Samsung suppose to send me a promotional product within 30 days of claim.
It is outside the 30 days period now and I still haven't received the product or any correspondence.

I emailed them and they said they have issue supplying the product.
What can I do ? Forget about it?

Can a company stop honouring a promotional offer?

Not sure where the customer stands..
13 Participants will be sent an email and SMS to confirm their Claim has been received by the Promoter.

Did that happen?

If not, did you follow the next step?

14 If an email acknowledgement has not been received, it is the Participant’s responsibility to contact the Promoter’s customer service team at [email protected] or 0345 216 0057 for UK Residents or 012475139 for ROI and non-mainland residents within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted.

You may be better waiting until tomorrow when someone more versed with the legalities is about.

I had the confirmation that my claim has been successfully validated.

Is it worth going back to the retailer and ask who is responsible for supplying the phone ?
I only bought the TV thinking that I will get a free phone via the promotional offer.
"I only bought the TV thinking that I will get a free phone via the promotional offer."
that made me giggle a bit

" In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter may substitute a Reward of equal or greater value for the Reward."
perhaps you should ask them what you are going to get instead as i would imagine this is an unforeseen circumstance. When you spoke to them did you ask how long they will experience upply problems before they do a substitution? if not perhaps you could contact tem again
It could just be that the offer attracted more interest than they expected and are having problems supplying the number of phones needed. They, naturally, give first available phones to paying customers and then fulfil their obligation to you when phones become available. They've acknowledged that you are due to get one, so just be patient; I'm sure it will come along shortly.
