Central China Goldfields plc was notified by Peter Ruxton, Jeffrey Malaihollo, Ciceron Angeles and Paul McGroary of their purchases yesterday of 880,446 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 3.077-3.15 p per share. All are Directors of the Company.

Following the above transactions the Directors’ shareholdings in GGG will be:

The total number of shares held by Directors following these purchases will be 17,895,326 shares* representing approximately 9.06% of the share capital. 

*Includes 3,240,625 shares held by Marshall Lake Mining plc, of which Paul McGroary is a director.
