His form has been a reflection of his unhappiness and Liverpool should cash in now by accepting the £38m/£40m/£60m (however much it turns out to be) offer from Chelsea. He's had far too many off days so far this season, it can only get worse if there's the added disappointment of a transfer request being turned down.

That amount of money, if made available, should be enough to buy most forwards so who should Liverpool try to get in the next 2 days?

well we've already got Suarez in the bag by the look of it and this mornings gossip suggests Daniel Sturridge would be part of any deal so if it comes to it the money will probably go on other areas, Eljero Elia maybe and M'vila would sort out our key problem areas.
I'm still gutted at the thought of it though, Id rather he stayed!

Your reply has made me realise that there are so many players that I've never heard of before.
ha, we've been lined with Elia before, he came on for Holland a couple of times in the WC, left winger, very very quick and very direct, exactly what we need. M'Vila is a young French defensive mid in the Vieira mould, haven't seen much of him though but heard good things.

If Elia was a possibility during the Benitez era then I probably assumed that he'd turn out to be a waste of money and forgot all about him.
