Is there a law that gives the maximum temperature in the workplace? At my workplace we are working at 28 degrees plus and our job is physically demanding with no air conditioning. They say the air con isn't working.

Hi Pink,

The minimum is 16 but unfortunately there is no maximum. Have a read of this. You may be able to complain.

Tropical temps are a rarity in UK.....employers cant be prepared for everything. Take in a water-spray to cool yourself down.
